Ready to shop? Follow these steps:

  1. Create an account. (Click on the person icon to the left of the cart icon in the upper-right corner.)
  2. Select an item. We know, that’s the hardest part!
  3. Add it to your cart.
  4. Select “Check Out.”
  5. Complete your order.
  6. Receive your item.

Currently, the SWAG shop is open to U.S. Evolent employees only. Our international employees will receive a communication in the next week for their SWAG selection and will receive the shipment in November.

Unfortunately, at this time we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges.

Creating an account helps keep the ordering exclusive to Evolent employees. We’ll also need to ship your item to you, so creating an account will allow you to enter all your preferred shipping information.

Your Evolent.com email address will allow you to verify that you work for Evolent and will give you access to the shop.

No, this first item is compliments of Evolent. The system will populate the billing address with your mailing address, but you will not be charged. (You will see $0 as the total for your cart.) In the future, we'll have more items available for purchase. Stay tuned!

Once logged onto the site, U.S. employees can choose from an Evolent-branded water bottle, trucker hat, sling bag or device charger. (Our international employees will have a varied selection of items based on the item availability.)

Limited quantities of all items are available and while supplies last. If an item is showing “sold out,” please select an alternate item to enjoy.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once you place your order. You’ll also receive a tracking order email once your item has shipped.
